Frey’s Hotel’s cosy conference area features twelve unique meeting rooms—no two are alike. Our spaces are designed to accommodate your schedule, and here you can work undisturbed, whether there are two of you or up to 63 people.
We also offer the option of booking our entire 220-square-meter conference floor, which can accommodate up to 150 people—perfect for meetings, events, or gatherings in exclusive privacy.

Yes, all of our meeting rooms except for three (Dimension, Fokus, and Perspective) have windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The meeting rooms are equipped with flip charts, whiteboards, notepads, and pens, Wi-Fi , and a telephone. Most rooms have a projector with a screen and speakers; some have a Smart TV.
