Of course! Our hotel is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we welcome you in the evenings and on weekends as well.
The meeting rooms are equipped with flip charts, whiteboards, notepads, and pens, Wi-Fi , and a telephone. Most rooms have a projector with a screen and speakers; some have a Smart TV.
For food and beverages, the number of participants can be adjusted until 11:00 a.m. three days before the event begins.
The following applies to accommodations:
- Up to 14 days before arrival: up to five rooms free of charge
- Until 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival: up to two rooms free of charge
Yes, all of our meeting rooms except for three (Dimension, Fokus, and Perspective) have windows that let in plenty of natural light.
