In our small gym you can easily workout during your stay with us. In the sauna you can treat yourself to a moment of relaxation.

Here are dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell, treadmill,rowing machine, exercise bike, cable cross, resistance bands, Pilates ball, yoga mats, skipping ropes and Roman rings. The gym is open all days 7 AM to 9 PM

Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our sauna and relax. You can book an hour at no extra cost, subject to availability. Sauna and relax are open every day from 9 AM to 10 PM. Please contact the reception for more information and code to access the gym.

Alongside Chokladfabriken, we have now produced our very own chocolate. Freys chocolate is dark with 62% cacao, flavoured with sea salt, popcorn and strawberry. It’s a tasty delight, made with love!
