Conference
All meeting rooms have plenty of natural light from windows.
We have video conferencing equipment for rent and can offer two different options, either “All inclusive” or “On your own”. Please contact us for more information or bookings: meetings@freyshotels.com or +46 (0)8-506 213 30.

Our biggest meeting room has capacity for up to 50 people.
If you book a conference, meeting or event with us, you can always cancel the event for free until four weeks before arrival. If cancel later than four weeks before arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 75% of the value of the booking. If canceled later than two weeks before the group’s first day of arrival, the customer will reimburse the hotel with 100% of the value of the booking.
For food and drink, the number of participants can be adjusted completely until 11:00 three days before the start of the event. For accommodation in connection with a conference, the following applies:
Up to 14 days before arrival, up to five hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge. Until 18:00 the day before arrival, up to two hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge.
The restaurant, Belgobaren, serves all food and beverages during the conference. Here you will enjoy well-prepared food with Belgian influences. The speciality of Belgobaren is organic mussels from Sweden’s West Coast, cooked according to Belgian tradition.
Common allergies such as gluten and lactose or if someone wants a vegan or vegetarian alternative needs to be notified no later than three days before arrival. We need to know complicated allergies and any special diets no later than one week before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions och requests.
The customer can choose to book all participants themselves or we can reserve a certain number of rooms so the participants can call in and register if they want a hotel room.
We are more than happy to welcome you in the evenings and on weekends. This can be a good alternative if you want to keep the meeting in privacy.
We offer free WiFi throughout the hotel and conference. Select the network called Freys Meetings. A pop-up appears where you can log in with your Facebook, Google or via phone number (only for Wifi on the phone). You can also choose to log in with a code – please ask if you need any assistance and we will be happy to help.
We have taken a number of different measures to ensure that you and your meeting participants continue to feel safe and secure with us.
Extended cleaning, eg extra careful cleaning of handles, knobs and other contact surfaces.
Disinfection is available in all public areas and meeting rooms as a complement to hand washing.

The dining tables are disinfected after each guest.

We are upgrading to a larger meeting room if available.
We offer video conferencing solutions so participants can also participate remotely. (Needs to be pre-booked)
We have a hotel garage which costs SEK 350 a day. Street parking is charged at the red rate on weekdays 09:00–17:00, and a lower rate in evenings and on weekends. Find out more about parking costs on the City of Stockholm website.

You will find distancing floor markers to remind our guest and staff to keep distance, to minimize the risk of getting too close to someone else. Elevators have signs to limit the number of people traveling at the same time.
Yes, our popular breakfast buffet is served every morning, but you can also choose to have breakfast in your room if you wish. Please fill in the order in the room and then hang it on the door according to the instructions. We work actively to ensure that there is no congestion at the buffet and there is also marking on the floor to remind to keep your distance. The selection of breakfast may vary due to prevailing circumstances. If the hotel only has single guests, breakfast is served at the table and you order directly from the breakfast staff.
The restaurant is open and offers our guests well-prepared food and a wide range of Belgian beers. During current circumstances, the menus have been adjusted. Here you can find the menu.
Check-in is as usual at the reception and there is a perspec-screen between guest and receptionist to minimize contact. There are floor markings to remind to keep your distance from other guests and minimize the risk of congestion. Our room keys are thoroughly cleaned and staff wash hands frequently.
We have daily meetings to evaluate the latest updates on the development of Covid-19 and we follow strict guidelines and recommendations from the Public Health Authority.
Hotel
Guaranteed check-in is from 15:00. If you arrive before 15:00 and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your bags in our luggage room. Check-out is 12:00. Subject to availability, late check-out at 14:00 can be arranged for SEK 250. Please contact reception the evening before if you would like a late check-out.
Yes, room service is available Monday–Saturday 17:00–22:00. There is no room service on Sundays.
We accept most payment cards. Please contact reception on +46 (0)8-506 213 00 if you wish to confirm your card is accepted.
Yes you can, but our exchange rate is not as good as at a bureau de change. We can only give change in SEK, so we would prefer you to pay in SEK or by card.
We have a luggage room for guests to use free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for any valuables stored in our luggage room.
Our breakfast buffet is served Monday–Friday 06:30–10:00 and Saturday–Sunday 07:30–11:00. If you would like an earlier breakfast, please notify reception the evening before. Note: Regular breakfast hours do not apply in the summer and on public holidays. Please contact reception for more information.
Prices are about SEK 500, depending on the taxi firm. For assistance booking a taxi, please contact reception.
We work with Belgobaren which is located within the hotel. They serve finely cooked food with Belgian influences and a good range of Belgian beers.
All guests must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
No, but there are many gyms and exercise facilities in the area. We offer training at SATS Zenit, which is just around the corner at Mäster Samuelsgatan 60. Vouchers can be purchased in reception for SEK 100.
