• The minimum age for membership in Freys Family is 18.
• Membership cannot be granted to companies or other legal entities.
• Only one individual may be registered per membership.

• Only one guest per registered room may earn bonus nights and receive benefits during a stay.
• To earn bonus nights, members must book directly with the hotel—either through the member portal or by logging in to the website, or by phone or email. Guests must provide their name and/or associated email address at the time of booking.
• Bookings made through third-party channels do not count as qualifying bonus nights.
• If a member suspects that bonus nights have not been credited to their account, they must contact the hotel. A request must be submitted to Freys within three months of the event, and supporting documentation must be included.

• For every tenth guest night, you’ll receive a bonus of 1,500 SEK credited to your member portal. The bonus is valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used as a partial payment toward your next stay.
• The bonus is personal and can only be used by the membership holder.
• The nights and any bonus will be credited within 48 hours of checkout.
• The bonus can be used any day of the week to pay for or partially pay for your stay at Freys Hotel and Corner Hotel.

• Nights earned by a guest cannot be transferred to other guests.
• Member benefits and bonuses may not be sold, inherited, transferred, or otherwise exchanged for payment.
• The bonus is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used as a partial payment toward your next stay.
• If a member uses membership benefits earned in connection with employment, the member is obligated to inform the employer and/or the relevant authorities of this and to pay the applicable taxes on such use.
• Freys disclaims all liability for any taxes or tax obligations imposed on the guest in this regard.

• Valid as a discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. Alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits) may only be purchased with a meal.
• The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be given to anyone else.
• The coupon is valid at the hotel where you are staying on the specified date. The coupon cannot be used before the validity date, and it cannot be saved for a future stay.
• Only one coupon may be used per day, and any remaining value cannot be carried over to the next day.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
• The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. If you do not use the full value, you will not receive any change.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the member consents to Freys storing and processing the member’s personal data and information regarding their membership and points balance in the Freys programme. The purpose of processing this data is to enable the fulfillment and provision of the Freys programme’s features.

The member understands and agrees that their personal data may also be used to provide the member with information and offers regarding Freys’ products. Freys Hotel AB & Freys Corner Hotel AB is the legal entity acting as the data controller.

To comply with applicable laws, Freys may update a member’s personal data. In connection with this, the member may be asked to confirm or update their personal data. Freys Hotel AB & Freys Corner Hotel AB shall, at the member’s request, correct or delete any data concerning the member that is inaccurate or incomplete. The member may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, whereupon Freys will block the data from further processing. However, such a withdrawal of consent will result in the membership no longer being able to continue, and the membership will therefore be terminated. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Freys programme shall be handled exclusively by a Swedish court.
