Of course! Our hotel is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and we welcome you in the evenings and on weekends as well. 

Yes, that works perfectly. You can either book all the participants yourself, or we can reserve a number of rooms that the participants can book individually.

All food and drinks are served by Hörnans Belgobar. They offer classic Swedish home-style cooking with a Belgian twist. 
Lunch includes salad, bread, soup, a beverage, and coffee, and is served at your table.

The meeting rooms are equipped with flip charts, whiteboards, notepads, pens, Wi-Fi and a telephone. 
Most rooms have a projector, while some smaller group rooms are equipped with a smart TV.

For food and beverages, the number of participants can be adjusted until 11:00 a.m. three days before the event begins. 

The following applies to accommodations: 

  • Up to 14 days before arrival: up to five rooms free of charge  
  • Until 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival: up to two rooms free of charge
