The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so you’re always welcome, no matter what time you arrive. If you’re leaving very early, please contact the front desk in advance to arrange payment and a breakfast bag, if needed.

The hotel is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. For check-in outside these hours, please contact the hotel for access codes. For check-out before 7:00 AM, please contact the front desk the day before your departure to settle your bill and order a breakfast bag. Please bring your room key with you when returning after the hotel has closed.
Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room isn't ready, we'll be happy to store your luggage.
Check-out is no later than 12:00 PM.
Subject to availability, we can offer late check-out until 2:00 PM for a fee of 250 SEK. Please contact the front desk the evening before your departure.
