We provide equipment such as wide-angle cameras, external microphones, and computers, ensuring that all participants are clearly seen and heard. For those who want a smooth start, we also offer options where everything is set up in advance of the meeting.

Do It Yourself
Rent a wide-angle camera with an external microphone that connects to your own computer. You are responsible for installing the video conferencing software and for creating and sharing the meeting link.
Technical support is not included with this option.

All-in-one solution
Rental of a wide-angle camera, external microphone, computer, and a ready-to-use meeting link to send to participants. Setup assistance is included to ensure everything runs smoothly before the meeting. The link works directly in a web browser without the need for any installed software.

On-site technicians
For more advanced productions, we offer, in collaboration with an established provider, high-tech solutions—up to TV production quality. This is ideal for larger presentations, lectures, or events with many participants.

We offer a variety of conference packages—from breakfast meetings and day conferences to conferences with overnight stays or full board. You can also book "Office by the Hour," a flexible pay-as-you-go plan for conference rooms and offices by the hour. Of course, we provide top-of-the-line technology for digital meetings and events.
