Do all meeting rooms have windows?

All meeting rooms have plenty of natural light from windows.

Can you book weekend and evening conferences with you?

We are more than happy to welcome you in the evenings and on weekends. This can be a good alternative if you want to keep the meeting in privacy.

At the latest, when can you change the number of participants?

For food and drink, the number of participants can be adjusted completely until 11:00 three days before the start of the event. For accommodation in connection with a conference, the following applies:
Up to 14 days before arrival, up to five hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge. Until 18:00 the day before arrival, up to two hotel rooms can be canceled free of charge.

Our conference rooms

The charming conference department at Freys Hotel offers nine unique conference rooms, and no two are the same. The rooms are designed to suit your agenda. They offer a place to work undisturbed, whether there are two or 50 of you. You can rent the entire 220 square metre conference floor for up to 150 people. Please contact us for meetings, events and functions in exclusive privacy.

Energy

For 60 people 50 sq

Energy is one of our largest rooms and is located on the ground floor. Outside the room is a cozy lounge that can be used as a breakout room, and refreshments are served here during conference breaks.

Clarity & Wisdom

For 50 people 60 sq

A popular conference room offering a high standard. The room has dual-aspect windows and is light and airy.

Clarity

For 30 people 35 sq

A high-standard conference room with plenty of natural light from dual-aspect windows. A light and airy space.

Wisdom

For 16 people 20 sq

A popular, conference room ideal for the smaller meeting. The meeting room looks out onto Vasagatan.

Rent the entire 220 square metre conference floor for up to 150 people. For meetings, events and functions in exclusive privacy.

Courtyard

For 50 people

Our popular courtyard can be used for receptions, mingling and events. It is also a great place for meetings in the open air.

Conference meal packages

The restaurant, Belgobaren, serves all food and beverages during the conference. Here you will enjoy well-prepared food with Belgian influences. Choose from meal packages or single meals.
